This is not exactly meant for mainspacing, but rather as a list of colors for a future template once Bulbapedia gets the Scribunto extension. This would all mean merging all the current color templates to a single Lua module.

After that module is created, this page can be used as a list of valid color arguments. My idea is also to support multiple color variations for the same value, such as with Normal RSE and Normal LA. Also, those names wouldn't also be case-sensitive.

Determining the "light" and "dark" variations

This is the easiest with paint.net. The steps are as follows:

Create two layers.
Color the first layer the intended "normal" color.
Color the left side of the second layer white (#FFFFFF), the right side black (#000000), and leave the center transparent.
Set the opacity of the second layer to 89 and place it above the main layer. Do not change the blending mode.
Select the Color Picker tool, and change sampling to Image OR merge the two layers and select the Color Picker tool.
The color picked on the left will be the "light" variation, and the one on the right will be the "dark" variation.
