Tough Cookie (Japanese: 防御アップ分威力上昇 Power Boost Proportional to Defense Raised) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.

Passive Skill The more the user's Defense is raised, the more it powers up the user's moves.

Effect

The user's moves are powered up the greater the user's Defense. For each increase in Defense, the user's moves are boosted by 5%, giving a maximum 30% increase. Tough Cookie does not affect sync moves or max moves.
