This card was released as a Jumbo promotional card within the Forces of Nature GX Premium Collection available July 6, 2018. It has the logo for the Legendary Pokémon year-long celebration in the bottom right corner of the illustration. In Europe, this card was included in the Tornadus-GX and Thundurus-GX Boxes released August 24, 2018.
