Plot

After Terapagos emerges from its pendant form, Liko receives Lucius's belt from her grandmother Diana, who shares the legend of Lucius and his journey to Laqua with the Six Heroes. The Rising Volt Tacklers embark on a quest to find the remaining members of Lucius's team, discovering a giant Lapras as the fourth member. During their journey, they encounter the Black Rayquaza multiple times, with Terapagos transforming into its Terastal Form for the first time during one of these encounters.

The Explorers intensify their efforts to capture the Black Rayquaza, with Amethio training under Hamber and receiving a Tera Orb. Diana departs from the group to continue her own journey. During this period, Dot catches a Tinkatink, and the group meets Franka, Dot's mother, who ultimately permits Dot to remain with the Rising Volt Tacklers.

The arc reaches its climax when the Explorers launch their operation to capture the Black Rayquaza. The Brave Olivine suffers major damage during the confrontation, and Amethio uses Terastallization for the first time while battling alongside the Rising Volt Tacklers against the Black Rayquaza. Despite their combined efforts, they are all defeated. Liko's Sprigatito evolves into Floragato during the battle. The arc concludes with Liko, Roy, and Dot deciding to learn more about the Terastal phenomenon, while Gibeon orders his admins to continue monitoring Liko and Terapagos. Gibeon is revealed to own a Shiny Zygarde.
