Revised redesign

I've made a revised redesign proposal for this template which can be applied to other similar templates. And I've fixed it so it doesn't look a mess in IE. I've provided screenshots as to what it looks like in FF and IE. There should be less white space, more shade variety of blue, and it should look more ordered and aligned, just in a less fashionable manner for IE. Suggestions and ideas are welcome.

It looks good. I guess it would look better if you get rid of the white spaces.--☆Kevzo8 02:25, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
You mean the spacing in between the cells, or the spacing inside the border? I reckon keeping just a little spacing in between the cells, at least the lengthwise spacing, would be prudent to avoid everything mushing together. I can reduce the spacing inside the border a touch.     -–<×vVvvv τλικ to ς1tHςι3r ^^vVv×>–- 02:45, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
I'm using Opera so the borders are cornered, But I do know it's rounded in Firefox. Yes, there is too many white spaces in nbetween Regional Dex no. and Browser dex no., And attributes and evolution. Attributes and regional dex ashould be rowspanned. And the current one is fine the way it is.--FF(edits-talk) 04:00, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
(EC) Nope, he means the white under "regional pokedex no" and "by attributes", and I agree. It looks kinda silly. What we have now is fine. — THE TROM — 04:01, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
I just think the fat widths of those two in the original look rather displeasing with the rounded corners. And all that white on the right looks really empty. I've redesigned it again, this time without those two white spaces. Two different designs in FF, one with more rounded corners, the other more like the IE look, though both look the same in IE and pretty much like the original.

The only problem I'm having now is the top header not fitting the width of the sections below.--FF(edits-talk) 11:35, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
Isn't it the same width as the original? I can stretch the height of the header a bit more then. Sorry, thought you meant height. Anything else?     -–<×vVvvv τλικ to ς1tHςι3r ^^vVv×>–- 11:41, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
Ok, top header widths have been lengthened. So, which FF design looks better? In my opinion, the second one looks neater. Less curve overhaul too.

IMO, the first one is better than the second.--FF(edits-talk) 04:19, 21 January 2009 (UTC)
Wow, two edit conflicts in a row. I like FF 2 better. — Laoris (Blah) 04:20, 21 January 2009 (UTC)
I can't decide which one is better as those are both great. :D Anyway, I must say I choose FF 2. ^^--☆Kevzo8 11:56, 21 January 2009 (UTC)
In that case, I'll put the second one up then. ForceFire if anything seems different in Opera, do inform me. Now what other templates could this design be applied to? I can definitely change the colour scheme to fit Fiore and Almia.     -–<×vVvvv τλικ to ς1tHςι3r ^^vVv×>–- 23:27, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Bit of a shadow effect

As you can probably see, I've added a small shadow effect to the table. Works wonderfully with the curved corners for those who, like me, reap the wonderful benefits of using Firefox *wink wink*. If anything looks wrong or ridiculously aesthetically demoralising, inform me straight away.     -–<×vVvvv τλικ to ς1tHςι3r ^^vVv×>–- 11:48, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

It looks so well in Firefox. Great job Dan! :P --☆Kevzo8 11:56, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
Thanks Kevz ^_^ Hmm, I should probably start applying this to a few other templates soon, or else it'll look kind of... out of place lol.     -–<×vVvvv τλικ to ς1tHςι3r ^^vVv×>–- 12:26, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
Yup yup. Eh, will the shadow effect be a standard design for all the Nav. templates? --☆Kevzo8 12:49, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
It'd definitely give a stunning result overall. Only thing is I gotta wait for the comments from those who aren't using Firefox, before using the shadow effect anywhere else. Any similar nav templates that I can apply the new design to?     -–<×vVvvv τλικ to ς1tHςι3r ^^vVv×>–- 13:21, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

The "Gen II" link for wild held items links to the main (Gen III+) list. It should link to List of Pokémon by wild held item (Generation II). Tiddlywinks (talk) 16:48, 18 April 2014 (UTC)

Another edit request

Can someone add special Pokémon to the template? sumwun (talk) 17:43, 9 March 2019 (UTC)

I know it's been 6 months, but I still want to make this edit. Can someone please make this edit or explain why you won't make this edit? sumwun (talk, contribs) 03:20, 16 February 2020 (UTC)
It's been another 6 months. Why are people editing this page and not responding to this edit request? sumwun (talk, contribs) 17:18, 23 October 2020 (UTC)
For what it is worth I did ask this a while back to other staff and the response was because it isn't a list as much as a categorisation like Legendary Pokémon. Which I am inclined to agree with, while the page itself does have a list of Pokémon it is an article that should if anything be expanded upon to be more than that. --Spriteit (talk) 11:37, 4 November 2020 (UTC)

Added List of Pokémon (UNITE) link

List of Pokémon by catch rate (GO)

The template is currently missing a link to the List of Pokémon by catch rate for Pokémon Go. I've added it in the source code below if an admin would like to copy and paste it into the main template article.

Can someone remove "in no regional Pokédex"?

List of Pokémon in no regional Pokédex is empty now, as every Pokémon is in a regional dex listing as of Legends: Arceus. KᴀᴜʟɪNᴇᴡTᴀʟᴋ⸟ 04:41, 10 August 2022 (UTC)

It will likely be removed once the page is deleted, if and when staff decides to go ahead with deletion. Landfish7 06:14, 10 August 2022 (UTC)

Since the Paradox Pokémon (aside from Koraidon and Miraidon) have different names in Spanish and Italian due to their unusual names shouldn’t there now be articles for Spanish and Italian Pokémon names as there is now 15 Pokémon (With Type Null also being one of them) with different names in Spanish and Italian

I thought I would ask this for the reasons that are mentioned in the title and well I though I would ask this here as well since nobody is responding in the Paradox Pokémon discussion page so perhaps someone should do that that eventually as I feel that 15 Pokémon with different names in Spanish and Italian is enough to justify creating those articles. ~~TurtwigFan4848~~ - unsigned comment from Turtwig Fan4848 (talkcontribs)

Edit Request: Gen IX base stats

Under "by in-game stats", specifically, "by base stat", Gen IX is missing, more specifically this page. An easy and quick fix, hoping someone can add this. Pikiwyn talk 10:12, 6 August 2023 (UTC)
