To use this userbox, use the National Pokédex number of a Pokémon that represents the state best, followed by the state's name and three hexadecimal color codes that represent it. Note that this template is only compatible with US states.

For example, for if you wanted to use Ursaring as the representative of California and use its state colors, you would put
