Template:Infobox game/doc

This infobox template is used on game pages to outline different stats and information.

How to use

Infoboxes should be used at the beginning of the page, before any introductory text.

Parameters

All parameters are case sensitive.

Parameter	Allowed values	Notes
`colorscheme`	List of colors »	Sets the background colors of the template. Don't include `color`, `color light` or `color dark`. Defaults to `black`.
`bordercolorscheme`	List of colors »	Sets the border color of the template. Don't include `color`, `color light` or `color dark`. Defaults to `white`.
`name`	String	Name of the game in English
`name2`	String	Optional. Name of second game in English
`name3`	String	Optional. Name of third game in English
`jname`	String	Name of the game in Japanese
`jname2`	String	Optional. Name of second game in Japanese
`jname3`	String	Optional. Name of third game in Japanese
`boxart`	File name	Box art or logo for the game. Don't include `File:`.
`boxart2`	File name	Optional. Box art or logo for the second game. Don't include `File:`.
`boxart3`	File name	Optional. Box art or logo for the third game. Don't include `File:`.
`size`	String	The size of the box art(s) or logo(s). Must include `px`. Defaults to `250px`.
`caption`	String	Brief caption for the box art or logo.
`caption2`	String	Optional. Brief caption for the box art or logo of the second game.
`caption3`	String	Optional. Brief caption for the box art or logo of the third game.
`platform`	String	The platform(s) the game was released on. Where articles exist, should be a link.
`category`	String	The category or genre of the game.
`players`	String	How many players the game supports.
`link_method`	String	Methods of interconnectivity or online services. Defaults to `None`.
`developer`	String	The developer(s) of the game. Where articles exist, should be a link.
`publisher`	String	The publisher(s) of the game. Where articles exist, should be a link.
`gen_series`	Links	Link to the relevant generation and series, e.g. `[[Generation VI]] [[Spin-off Pokémon games\|side series]]`.
`cero`	`A` • `B` • `C` • `D` • `Z` • `N/A`	The game's CERO rating. Defaults to `N/A`.
`esrb`	`E` • `E10+` • `T` • `M` • `AO` • `N/A`	The game's ESRB rating. Defaults to `N/A`.
