Team Flare Nouveau

Team Flare Nouveau (Japanese: フレア団ヌーヴォ Flare Gang Nouveau) is an organization operating inside of Lumiose City. It was created by former Team Flare members Grisham and Griselle, who operate the Nouveau Café food truck near Centrico Plaza. Their goal is to redeem their members' reputation in the eyes of the public by obtaining AZ's Floette, which they plan to use to disable Ange and save Lumiose City.

Its members typically use Fire-type and/or Dark-type Pokémon, with Charizard notably being Nouveau Café's mascot. They are similar to Waiters and Waitresses at other restaurants and cafés.
In the core series games
Pokémon Legends: Z-A
As Nouveau Café is run by Team Flare Nouveau, a subset of the old Team Flare seeking to redeem the members' reputation, its logo consists of a dark and light gray version of Team Flare's old logo, with a white squiggly line (resembling the letter "N") crossing it out. Grisham and Griselle work at Nouveau Café during the majority of the game.
Grisham is eventually revealed to be the player's opponent for promotion to A-rank in the Z-A Royale, but the player does not initially know he is the operator of Nouveau Café, and must track him down with Emma's aid. Before he is willing to battle the player, Grisham brings them to the ruins of Lysandre Labs, wishing to show them the truth about Team Flare's actions from five years prior and the sins AZ committed in creating the ultimate weapon and Ange. Grisham is aware of Ange's reawakening despite it being hidden from the public by Quasartico Inc., thanks to his access to old Team Flare documents. This knowledge leads him to compete in the Z-A Royale with the goal of reaching the A-rank and wishing for AZ's Floette, so that he might use it to disable Ange and redeem Team Flare's image.
Members
Grisham is the boss of Team Flare Nouveau and the master of the Nouveau Café truck near Centrico Plaza. Griselle is Grisham's comrade who serves the food and beverages at the aforementioned truck.
