Swarm form origin

Just want to point out that the swarm form of Yowashi appears to be based on Dunkleosteus. It is particularly similar in the head and jaws. Matkin22 (talk) 18:35, 9 August 2016 (UTC)

It seems to be based on a submarine as well. SpeedXaaa (talk) 02:17, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
It bears more resemblances with the great white shark, in real-life Pacific sardines are known for their shark-like shoaling. - unsigned comment from Pescavelho (talkcontribs)

English name origin

I know this is obvious, but I think that we should add that the English name origin comes from the phrase "wishy-washy" and the word "wash". --Celadonkey (talk) 14:24, 11 August 2016 (UTC)

Can we mention the level is less than 50?

https://youtu.be/Py2LxgWBaRQ?t=31 Look at 0:31; it's level 50, so we know that it happens at that level or lower. Can we please add that? Unowninator (talk) 16:51, 12 August 2016 (UTC)

Feels a bit pointless to me. The game's not even out, it's not like that helps anyone. We can easily wait and just pinpoint it once it's released. Tiddlywinks (talk) 16:55, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Why would a clue be pointless? Unowninator (talk) 17:09, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
"It's not like it helps anyone." Tiddlywinks (talk) 21:29, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Okay, fine. (Not sure why you put that in quotes though). Unowninator (talk) 22:16, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Because it's exactly what I had already said in my original response. (Give or take "it" vs "that".) Tiddlywinks (talk) 22:21, 12 August 2016 (UTC)

Yes it might be, it's working on mine. Have you tried to refresh cache? --Raltseye prata med mej 10:26, 17 August 2016 (UTC)

In other languages

Could someone add Polish: Solo Form: Forma Solo, School Form: Forma Ławicy[1], Hungarian: Solo Form: Szóló Forma, School Form: Raj Forma[2]? --Raltseye prata med mej 07:34, 23 August 2016 (UTC)

Also could someone add The Polish names for Wishiwashi's formes? So the template sould look like this when done. That would be very nice. (Polish names also taken from Nintendo's website) --Raltseye prata med mej 13:40, 16 September 2016 (UTC)

Trivia addition

I did some quick math based on the weights of both the solo and schooled forms, and discovered that the school form is approximately 262 solo forms. Is that noteworthy enough to be added to the Trivia section? (Blootannery (talk) 02:43, 9 October 2016 (UTC))

I'm not sure, but since it's mostly speculation/assumptions I don't think it would be added. I don't think that things like that get added unless a piece of official media says so, and if that happens, it probably would go under "Biology". --Celadonkey (talk) 13:51, 9 October 2016 (UTC)

I noticed that Wishwashi with is Sole Form and School form are both the largest and smallest Pokemon forms. Should that be considered a trivia?--Jacob Kogan (talk) 15:24, 3 December 2016 (UTC)

So I been reading the Pokedex entires on some of the Pokémon's Natural Predators and Preys, and I have noticed Wishiwashi has the most predators of any Pokémon. Should this be worth a trivia mention?--Jacob Kogan (talk) 00:25, 24 January 2018 (UTC)

Is the following trivia bit needed: "Among Pokémon with unique base stat totals, School Form Wishiwashi has the highest, when excluding Legendary Pokémon, Mythical Pokémon, and Mega Evolutions."? The Legendary/Mythical/Mega exclusion makes sense to me, but it's also specifically only talking about unique base state totals while Slaking and Ash-Greninja both exist. If this trivia bit is fine to keep, would that mean things like "Cleffa has the lowest base Speed of all Pokémon with unique base stat totals" are good for trivia as well? Totem-Sized Pokémon

Although Totem Wishiwashi is not actually a Totem-Sized Pokémon, this is a characteristic unique to it; as it is the only Totem Pokémon that isn't larger than other members of its species. I feel like this trivia in and of itself deserves mention, especially since it's the reason Totem Wishiwashi is not available in Totem size by the player (which is something a lot of people are wondering about). Even though it's been shot down by editors before, the reason was because Totem Wishiwashi isn't larger than other members of its species; which in and of itself is interesting. Can I add this?--LavaringX (talk) 04:39, 22 January 2018 (UTC)
