140?

Umm, I don't know if I'm right, (since I haven't played TCG since RS EX) but in the Calculation, Shouldn't that be 120? According to Darkness Energy, the boost doesn't apply if the Pokémon is of the Darkness type, right? MidnightCeltic 20:04, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Actually, the original print of Darkness Energy gave any and all Pokémon the +10 damage boost, with a drawback of 10 damage to itself each turn for those who don't have Dark in its name and are not of the   type. The EX Ruby & Sapphire print says to ignore the bonus damage unless the Pokémon has Dark in its name or is a   Pokémon; there's never been a time when a   Pokémon didn't get the Darkness Energy boost.
Additionally, the clause in parenthesis reads "including this one". If there's a full Bench and Sneasel is on the attack, you could get up to 120 damage on the flips alone. Add in the effects of the two actual Darkness Energy and that adds up to 140. The only time an actual Darkness Energy card doesn't add to the damage is if it's of the basic Energy variety introduced in Diamond & Pearl.
Keep in mind that Ghost-types didn't gain a Weakness to Darkness until Expedition, and no Pokémon has a Resistance to Darkness even to this day. --Shiningpikablu252 20:18, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
