Writing on their heads? When I read about golems, it said the writing could be anywhere but was usually on the back of the hand. --BJG

I read about it in a book once, and it said the words were on the golem's forehead. Wikipedia makes the same claim. --Ozzie 21:35, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

I would like to see the German sprite, if anyone has it... the reason why, is because I'd like to see it's arm. lol TinaTheKirlia 17:05, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

Imo no real differecne to the original sprite. Calamitas 16:47, 30 January 2008 (UTC)User:CalamitasDisk. 17:28, 30. January 2008 (CEST)

http://www.filb.de/841 there you can see, that the altered German version of Registeel will be used in Pocket Monsters Platina

Generation IV TMs?

Can anyone list the TMs it can learn in Generation IV please?

For now, look at the infobox links and look at the GenIV TM lists there. We're much too lazy to set up a large block of code for one person. :p Tina δ 21:08, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
Yeah. We should get to work on all of them, though. TTEchidnaGSDS! 21:11, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

?

Does anybody know about Registeel's special abilities and gender? Slash!! 11:41, 30 August 2008 (UTC)

excuse me

hi I live in Ireland and my Registeel still looks like Poké-Hitler soo...why does it say European sprite?that's right I'm Irish

Cause it's in that general area. Most times, all the countries in Europe are referred to as European, even if it is independent. --|PsychicRider 19:37, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
No PsychicRider, you have it backwards. Your game must be US (or at least non-European) to have the salute-sprite. Just depends where your store imported it from. For anyone reading this, am I correct to assume that by European we actually mean German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portugese... all those versions and more? — THE TROM — 10:10, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

I have the UK version and the Registeel is doing the Hitler salute, perhaps it would be better to put "European (excluding UK and Irish versions)"...

"Nazi"

I saw the animation of emerald version and the arm is "lower"..... I did get a registeel in my Diamond game(with action replay), and I saw, yes, the animation for the arm has, indeed gotten "higher"....... Can anyone find out why? Or is it "accidental", they didn't know people would think it look like nazi...... Or is it just a simple sprite change, sprites have changed, yeah, look at Deoxys, four fingers in gen III and changed to five in Gen IV.......--DRAGONBEASTX 03:34, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, I want to know if the salute was intentional, I doubt it was though... Did Nintendo release any statements about it? ~~Takoto - サソデイ 18:13, 6 May 2009 (UTC)

Game Location In D/P

Does anyone think for the D/P [location] for the Regi's it should say 'Trade or Pal Park' instead of just 'Trade'? I think Pal Park would be just as easy as trading. O_o -- Sivart345 05:05, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

The reason it says that is because it is available in a different game in that generation (Pt). It's the same with Tangela and Tropius - they are obtainable in Pt so they are "tradeable" to D/P. The starters and other legendaries are unobtainable, so only get "Pal Park". Although it is more accurate, we only list the Pal Park reference if there is no other method. Technically, the likes of Ralts, Wurmple and Magikarp can all be obtained by Pal Park as well, but because they can be caught in-game it isn't mentioned. Hope I've helped. — THE TROM — 06:23, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
Thanks THE TROM. Yeah Ralts, Wurmple, and Magikarp make sense though. Sorry I put it on all 3 Regis. I just wanted to make sure it was noticed. Sivart345 (user · talk · contrib) 21:37, 18 January 2009 (UTC)

Registeel/Transformer?

Anyone notice that Registeel's cry sounds like the sound effect made from the original Transformers cartoon whenever they change from robot to vehicle and vice versa? LightDeoxys 07:17, 13 June 2009 (UTC)

That's an opinion, and we try not to include those. Sorry. If you want to discuss this further, please do so on the forums. — THE TROM — 21:42, 13 June 2009 (UTC)

What do you mean by this?

"Registeel, Regirock, and Regice are the Pokémon with Explosion as a starting move. " It doesn't exactly make the most sense. WELL.. Yes it does, but how does it count as trivia? Does it mean to say, "Are the only pokemon etc.? --♪ Jason Tong ♪ 08:15, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

Edited, I checked Regice's page and it does indeed say only. --♪ Jason Tong ♪ 08:17, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

New pure Steel-type

Now that we have Giaru, shouldn't it be added to the list of pure steel-type Pokémon in the trivia? Dawnshadow 12:10, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

I changed the trivia so that it isn't just a list of pure Steel-type Pokémon. It's now more like the trivia that is on Mawile's page. —darklordtrom 08:00, 24 August 2010 (UTC)

STAB moves

The trivia says that Registeel cannot learn a full moveset of STAB moves, but I count four Steel-type attacks. Metal Claw, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, and Hidden Power (steel). Brilliance360 (talk) 04:01, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

Probably refers to guaranteed STAB. Hidden Power isn't always Steel. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 04:13, 22 August 2012 (UTC)
