Missing Polar Biome Pokemon
Greetings,
I believed that it would be beneficial to have this here because the information on the Pokémon available to catch here is still a work in progress. While I unfortunately don't have much to contribute at the current moment (I am unable to get statistics and such myself), I can attest that Minior spawns here in Violet and may be holding a float stone.

- I seem to be the only person on the site right now that has the files and knowledge of how the spawning system in this game works. this whole thing is bottlenecked by my motivation and freetime at the moment.
