Added a mention of FOSS

Administrators
The section for the administrators appears to be unfinished or outdated, as it lists many PS Staff that are either retired or seem to have never there in the first place. I know for a fact EV should not be on there at the very least, as they got removed recently for things I won't delve into. The credits page is here if that helps. I was going to edit it myself but I'm not sure if I'm missing something, and don't want to unjustly remove anything. --PichuMadman26 13:37, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
