O-Power MAX

One of my secret base buddies (a Guitarist) has a skill called "tell my fortune," where he activates an O-Power at "MAX", which seems to be the same as Level 3, but it lasts for an hour instead of three minutes. He's done this for Bargain, Capture, and Prize Money. He also casts "Full Recovery Power", which I can only assume does what it says on the tin, as it leaves no time limit and isn't an O-Power option. Kai * the Arc Toraph 17:11, 27 December 2014 (UTC)

3DS Steps

Is this the only use for 3DS steps in a (main series) Pokémon game? ~ By Caroline under Bulbagarden ~ (talk) 20:31, 10 July 2015 (UTC)

So far, but the future isn't here yet. (Arcalargo (talk) 17:02, 27 October 2015 (UTC))

O-Power origin

I just wanted to leave a note here, about why I've written that O-Powers may have come from a group of both Solrock and Lunatone, since it would be very easy to doubt.

In the Japanese SM script, the man in Haina Desert says, 30ねんまえ きみたち から さずかった ほしの こどうは あまたの おやじに たくしきったよ (translated as "Those star pulses that you bestowed upon me 30 years ago have all been made safe"). The operative word in that is きみたち, which is actually a plural "you". Now, that could mean it's a group of just Solrock or just Lunatone, but that doesn't really make for a nicely consistent lore.

I may be reaching a bit beyond hard facts, but it's a good deal harder for us to convey Japanese nuance here, on an English wiki. (The "rightest" thing would be to say he received his powers from a group that contained a Solrock/Lunatone, which is fairly clumsy.) I think that makes it reasonable to take this step to explain another possibility to readers. Tiddlywinks (talk) 05:04, 19 February 2017 (UTC)
