Chance of encountering Sableye in B2F?

This was originally 20%, but a user has recently changed this to 30%. Which one is true? --Chickasaurus 16:57, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Probably 20%, seeing as the sum of the probs is >100%. Going to change back if nobody minds. SoItBegins 10:35, 9 November 2011 (UTC)

Cry of the Zubat

Twice now I've heard a Zubat's cry while I was going through Granite Cave. Maybe it'd make some interesting trivia? '~Jhuyu26', user of Generation V glitch Pokémon -----! 22:48, 6 July 2011 (UTC)

"In the wild, cries of the Pokémon found in the player's current location can occasionally be heard in the Generation III Hoenn- and Kanto-based games. Also, if the player's first Pokémon in his or her party has the ability Swarm, then these cries will be more common than before." Sorry, I don't think so. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 00:47, 7 July 2011 (UTC)

In the Anime

This page has a section about Granite cave in the manga, so I think it should have one describing how it is in the anime. Dragonace 07:22, 11 January 2012 (UTC)

Did it even appear in the anime? If it did, then it should. --SnorlaxMonster 08:43, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
AG022. most of the episode took place there. --HoennMaster 08:44, 11 January 2012 (UTC)

Teleport

When I climb the stairs, I get teleported away to another random spot. However when I watch on YouTube, all videos show them just walking away from the stairs and completing the story in the cave. Anyone? --Teddi'Ampha 09:23, 4 May 2012 (UTC)

Since there are no stairs, I assume you mean one of the ladders. Since you didn't specify which one, it makes it harder. However, you mentioned they just walked away from the ladder, so wouldn't just not going up the ladder like they did work too (unless you meant they went up it and walked away)? Could you go into more detail about exactly what happened? Also, did you buy your game second hand? --SnorlaxMonster 09:45, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
When i walk down a ladder and reach its bottom, I get teleported away to a place between a few Rock Smash-rocks. However, when I search on YouTube, I see other people walking up and down those ladders. They can freely climb them without getting teleported. You see, I can't climb ladders since I either get teleported away (if I try to go down with them) of I end up on the bottom of the ladder again (I f I try to climb to above) so I don't know how to progress in my Pokémon Emerald. --Teddi'Ampha
And it wasn't secondhands. --Teddi'Ampha
Something is very wrong with your game. have you used any cheating devices (GameShark, Action Replay, etc.)? --SnorlaxMonster 13:10, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
No, no, not at all, I have no idea how that works... But I also want to notice that there is a full animation for the parts when I'm climbing ladders and that stuff happens... --Teddi'Ampha

RSE vs ORAS Items

Hey, do you guys think it'd be a good idea to split up the Gen 3 and the Gen 6 items? They're so different sometimes, even if they're in the same place. --Song of the Dragon (talk) 18:36, 4 September 2016 (UTC)

The games are already indicated in the table. glikglak 18:49, 4 September 2016 (UTC)
Yes, but I'd like them to be in two different tables, that way someone who's playing Gen 6 doesn't have to wade through the Gen 3 items, and vica versa. It is a resource for the game, after all. --Song of the Dragon (talk) 22:58, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

No Spawn Rate

So I got to Mauville City for the Mach Bike so I could go to the bottom levels of Granite Cave before fighting the Mauville Gym. I've been riding around looking for a Sableye for half an hour now, and not a single Pokemon has appeared in any of the basement floors. Pokemon are appearing normally in the first room with the Hiker who gives the player TM Flash, and using the Dex Nav to search for Pokemon in the basement floors works fine, but I haven't had any wild encounters.

I have a feeling wild Pokemon are programmed to not appear in the basement levels prior to either defeating Wattson or obtaining HM Rock Smash, or maybe it's a bug. Would there be any way to clarify this? Scribbl 10:47, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

You should make certain you're looking here, and make sure you're in Alpha Sapphire and you're not seeing Mawile instead. There probably shouldn't be a problem. Tiddlywinks (talk) 11:13, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
It's not that I can't find a Sableye: I can't find any wild Pokemon at all, period. I've been running around for half an hour without seeing a single Sableye, Aron, Makuhita, Abra, Geodude, or Zubat. Pokemon in the entrance room are appearing normally, but absolutely nothing is appearing anywhere else. Scribbl 12:20, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
Are you using Flash? That lowers the encounter rate (though it shouldn't be "not seeing anything for half an hour" low). glikglak 12:39, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
What is the ability for the lead Pokémon in the party? --Super goku (talk) 22:36, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
