How about in fog? What does Castform change to? -ht14 9:56 21 February, 2008 (GMT)

Um, Nothing....--Theryguy512 15:38, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Has anyone tried...

What happens if you give the Forecast ability to a pokemon that isn't Castform? Like, through Trace or Ability Swap or whatever? MyGolden 03:28, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Probably nothing... --ケンジガール 03:30, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Was this verified? Yenreb 04:22, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

Or what if you gave a Pokemon this ability that isn't Castform, through methods such as hacking the games programming? Pawsrent 23:32, 2 May 2010 (UTC)Pawsrent

Probably nothing... CuboneKing 23:35, 2 May 2010 (UTC)

does forecast give immunity to sandstorm?--Wisp82 01:43, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

No, because it doesn't change the user's type in a sandstorm. Werdnae (talk) 02:02, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

Forecast speed

Now that I am able to view this page on Firefox, I feel that the images named 'Castform in clear weather' and 'Castform activating Forecast' are way too fast for anyone to notice the changes in Castform's appearance. Is there any chance and way to slow down the speed of the 'images'? Harryghost (talk) 17:24, 19 April 2016 (UTC)

What if a Pokémon other than Castform has Forecast, through Trace in Generation III or hacking?

It's mentioned above on this talk page that probably nothing happens, but has this been confirmed? Dinosauramiable (talk) 21:08, 16 April 2018 (UTC)

Yes. Forecast only works for Castform (or a Pokémon transformed into Castform in some games). This Ability has no effect on Pokémon other than Castform. --SnorlaxMonster 10:01, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
