Egg Group Name
Why is this egg group called "Ground" on Bulbapedia if all my official guides call it the "Field" egg group? Sean... Lord of the Shadows!!! 22:56, 14 February 2009 (UTC)

Can Smeargle pass down any egg move to any Pokemon in this egg group? Dexington 14:11, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
Regional Variants
Should Pokemon such as Diglett/Dugtrio have their Alolan forms listed alongside them? They have different movepools than their non-Alolan forms. So for the purposes of breeding they're distinct from each other.--Voltdetector (talk) 21:52, 10 May 2017 (UTC)
- Furthermore, should Pokemon with different forms have separate listings on these pages as well? I notice some legendaries on the Undiscovered page have their forms listed separately. Or should it just be for cases like regional variants. Where they DO have different egg moves. And are more important for these pages.--Voltdetector (talk) 20:08, 11 May 2017 (UTC)
- I personally think they shouldn't since their assigned egg groups don't change and they're essentially the same species. I'd also make the argument that Pokémon with different forms, such as the Legendaries listed in the Undiscovered Egg Group shouldn't be listed either.PDL (talk) 02:25, 12 May 2017 (UTC)
