i know Dragon Pulse doesn't have any effect, i think the weaker version of it is Dragon Rage. which says shockwaves are generated from the mouth
Variation of Needle Arm?
Can Dragon Breath be considered as a variation of Needle Arm/Force Palm? They have the same power, accuracy, and 30% chance of secondary effect. The difference is PP and the secondary effect itself. Ruxax (talk) 12:42, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
