Shauna reference?

I noticed that there was a Crush Girl named Jocelyn. Could this be a possible reference to Shauna, who was renamed Jocelyn in Emerald...? βetA ZerØ 05:14, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

Merge?

Shouldn't this be merged with Battle Girl, seeing how they're pretty much the same trainer class? I don't see Ace Trainers having a separate article from Cool Trainers just because they used a different name from Gen IV onwards. - Ericss (talk) 09:54, 2 January 2013 (UTC)

You see, Cooltrainers/Ace Trainers have kept the same Japanese name over the years: エリートトレーナー Elite Trainer. Crush Girl and Battle Girl have different English and Japanese names: かくとうむすめ Fighting Girl and バトルガール Battle Girl. --Abcboy (talk) 11:28, 2 January 2013 (UTC)
By that logic, we should split the Scientist class as it had a different Japanese name in Gen I-II and HG/SS from the rest of the games. Changing the name of a class doesn't make it a separate class. It's beyond obvious that this is the same class as Battle Girl, as the concept is the same, and there was no trainer class called Battle Girl in the games Crush Girls appeared on, with the later being in their place. - Ericss (talk) 01:45, 26 April 2013 (UTC)
