Isn't Butwal Island the island where the cast met that Gulzar guy? According to PokeAni, the island from Gulzar episode is クネンボ島 Kunenbo Island which according to my sources (some old .txt file found on my disk) is named Butwal Island in the English version. --Maxim 15:21, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
