I think this guy is voiced by Wayne Grayson, aka the voice of Joey Wheeler from the Yu-Gi-Oh! dub. The credits don't explicitly state who voices what, but his voice sounds so similar to Joey's that I'm fairly confident it is him. ShermTank7272 (talk) 20:54, 31 July 2016 (UTC)
