::::{{m|Attract}}, {{m|Captivate}}, {{a|Cute Charm}} (note the name), {{a|Oblivious}}, {{a|Rivalry}}.  Those are the only mechanics that use gender.  In no way does Togepi's {{m|Charm}} attack confirm its gender.  In the games, Charm lowers Attack by two stages regardless of gender.  We have to assume that the move is also gender-inspecific in the anime as well.  --[[User:Shiningpikablu252|Shiningpikablu252]] 21:50, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
