Because of their bulk, I've seen {{m|Rest}}-[[Sleep Talk (move)|Talk]] tanks before. They usually come with DynamicPunch and one the Elemental Punches.
 
But No Guard isn't its ''only'' ability. It can also make use of {{a|Guts}}, using a [[Flame Orb]] to activate the ability. Because of the lack of No Guard, Close Combat becomes the powerful [[STAB]] attack. {{m|Facade}} can also be used, getting the boost from Guts, and getting up to 140 power by itself from the burn.
 
You could try to use a Special-based Machamp, but with 65 base Special Attack? Unless you have a [[Nasty Plot (move)|Plot]]-[[Baton Pass (move)|Passer]], I wouldn't. No Guard is the recommended ability, because the only strong Special Fighting-type move it can learn is {{m|Focus Blast}}, which has 70% accuracy. It can also use {{m|Fire Blast}} for coverage, and {{m|Vacuum Wave}} for priority. I'd also go for an {{type2|Ice}} {{m|Hidden Power}}, but you'll have to mess with IVs to get a good one. (Yes, PokéSav'ers, I'm lookin' at you.)
