:: That's absurd. I see that same bullshit parroted all over, but never any explanation. If it were truly a hardware issue, the move itself wouldn't work on Chatot, either (duh). Rather, it's probably to prevent the stupid situation of someone having Smeargle "learn" a chatter, only to find out that all of their other chatot's have learned what the Smeargle did (the game only saves one sound, which isn't traded with the pokemon). | |||
