+::Wikis in new languages don't just join Encyclopaediae Pokémonis the moment they're created.  Instead, they have to have aspirations to join, not buckle under the pressure when it comes to heavy load when word of mouth spreads, and work hard to make their articles good.  Only once these qualities pass and a few additional criteria are met can a wiki formally join the group.  Nevertheless, those that aspire tend to add interwiki links to the existing Encyclopaediae Pokémonis wikis during their early stages (and possibly even add those that join before them at those points), but the existing wikis don't add links back to that wiki until the formal joining at the earliest (in fact, Wikinezka and LANDpedia still don't interwiki-link to Pokéteca).  Trust me, inter-wiki linking in Spanish didn't work until shortly before Pokéteca's formal addition to the group, and this Italian case is no different.
