::In response to your Saturn's Toxicroak comment. It took them 10 years to get Gligar right. Just because it didn't change in HGSS does not mean its shiny in the anime. Have you not noticed that all other Toxicroak that have appeared are the same color as Saturn's. Are they all shiny?
