:::::::::No, no mention of TPCI is made in the alleged "official announcement". The English voiceover might have been done by a native of Switzerland. As far as we can tell, "Arceus and the Jewel of Life" is merely a title used at the film festival in question and, while redirectworthy, is in no way the final English title.
