Despite being the longest route in the game (32×256 "tiles"), there is no tall grass, and therefore, no wild Pokémon.

It is so named because it breaks the sea between the Sinnoh region and the open ocean that lies to the east.

Seabreak Path is giant path that leads to the beautiful Flower Paradise, splitting the Sinnoh region and the eastern ocean apart. Once the area is unlocked by the white rock and Shaymin, different colored flowers spring to live covering the path and areas around it with beautiful flowers. No inch of the area is not covered over by the different colored plants. The Seabreak Path, itself is the longest road in the Pokémon world, extending from Sinnoh's mainland to the Battle Zone. The thin strip of land is surrounded by ocean on the eastern and western side creating a long strip of land, all the way up to Flower Paradise, located even further north than Stark Mountain. This is only a one way path, that has a dead end. The player must retrace their steps to get back to where they began, on 224.

Trivia
*Seabreak Path is the longest area not only in Diamond, but in any main series game so far. With an area of 8192 square units, it would be impossible for a game from Generation III or before to support this path without dividing it into several segments.
