:::::The game's data can not be edited. Only the save file can be edited. It is nearly impossible that Missingno. could damage your game in that way. However, your game or you Game Boy may have become damaged, but it is highly unlikely. Also realize that Pokemon Red/Blue/Green are black, white, and some shades of gray. The game does not even access palettes. However, if you are using Yellow, it is a little more likely. Also, the person above is right. You can press either A or B and any of the buttons on the control pad to change the palette to the desired one.
