::Any location, happiness, or move-evolving Pokémon can be gotten at level 2 (except Sudowoodo and Mr. Mime, since they have the incense prevos and Golbat because Zubat doesn't evolve until 22). :::Um, no. On Pokemon Platinum, there's a move tutor that teaches Ancient Power, so even if you can't breed 2 together, there's that Move Tutor. And you can't breed a Tengula to learn Ancient Power. This is the only way to get it at level 2 without hacking. Tengula and Swinub are the only 2 pokemon that can evolve at level 2 that has to learn a certain move to evolve. <__< | :::Um, no.
