In Japan, it was awarded to the third place winners of the Neofirst, Springsecond Roadand inthird 2000.Official ThePokémon cardCard wasGame reprintedTournaments held in 20011997, awarded1998 toand the1999 third place winners of World Championship Secret Super Battlerespectively. The card was reprinted onto the e-Series design in 2002 and came in two versions, depicting either a male or female trainer. These versions were awarded to the third place winners of the Spring Battlenever Roadreleased in 2002English.
