Seriously, you need to learn to calm down. Posting on the Editor-in-Chief's talk page and calling him names for telling someone to spell correctly and to use proper grammar is the wrong thing to do. All he was doing was trying to help your friend improve. We have had many users in the past who are 11 and younger, and have had amazing spelling and grammar skills. Just because we tell you and your friend to improve on them does not mean we don't like you. In fact, it means we want you to improve so you can stay. But the way you're behaving is just immature, which is why you are blocked for two hours. When you return, I hope that you will stop calling out Bulbapedia's administration for doing their job, and instead help us improve the wiki.
