1.Settlement means a place where people live (have settled) so that would discount The Underground and Mystery Zone, towns and cities does not include everything, the title should be representative of the article, not just a part. | |||

4. Im sorry but you cant use foreign language as an excuse, the correct term is settlement, and this is an english speaking wiki, so we should use the correct and proper english terms. | |||
