* <s>I'm not going to vote on this, and I'll explain why: when I first joined Bulbapedia, Maxim was one of the first editors I got to know, because he was a constant top-contributor and his name was all over the 'pedia. However, he was also famous for being extremely rude, obsessive, a control-freak who talks in ALL CAPS and goes on rage-tantrums over simple mistakes and believes he's always right and everybody else is wrong.
