* I'm not going to vote on this, and I'll explain why: when I first joined Bulbapedia, Maxim was one of the first editors I got to know, because he was a constant top-contributor and his name was all over the 'pedia. However, he was also famous for being extremely rude, obsessive, a control-freak who talks in ALL CAPS and goes on rage-tantrums over simple mistakes and believes he's always right and everybody else is wrong. I'm not exaggerating here - a simple look '''[[User talk:Maxim/Archive 1|here]]''' can confirm it, and the other old-timers around here are probably nodding in agreement while reading this. So why aren't I opposing? Well, I had to leave for a year due to the army taking it's toll, and when I came back, I haven't seen much of Maxim around - but when I did, he was civil and reasonable. There's a chance this guy changed and matured, but I can't get his old image out of mind.
