+::Also, about two years ago we had a problem with one user who kept switching the head images to ones that the community and administration was not in favor of. They got into numerous edit wars regarding this very issue, and were blocked several times. They were eventually permanently blocked because they kept sockpuppeting to get around their ban. So when somebody keeps changing those images, it raises some red flags among the Bulbapedia community. Every once in a while, that user comes back with a new sockpuppet to try and change the image. That's why we're so sensitive towards this issue. As for why you don't listen to us telling you not to do it, that's something I really don't understand. So please, stop changing the images when you've been told numerous times not to.
