Does Bulbagarden have a portal page? A base leading into Bulbapedia, and the forums, and whatnot... there should be a link to that somewhere in the header if so. As it is, it's slightly off-color for the rest of the site(s), and way to big for what it's doing (which is nothing). An option to turn it off would definately be nice, or at the least, make it a bit smaller.
