:I don't imagine so. Remember, Gen I's TM list sucked compared to the rest, and TMs are only passed down to compatible Pokémon when they're a TM in the generation being bred in. Meaning that you can't get a Smoochum with DynamicPunch in Gen III without tutoring it, but you can in Gen II by breeding with a Pokémon that's already learned it. | :I don't imagine so.
