:I've grabbed a more recent text dump from the version 0.287.0 APK (which came out a few days ago) and put it on GitHub [https://github.com/abcboy101/pogo_assets/tree/master/Texts/Latest%20APK here]. It looks like it has most of the updated names, but it seems Seel, Natu, Xatu, Misdreavus, Mantine, Houndour, Hitmontop, Linoone, Starly, Pidove, and Garbodor at least are still using their English names.
