Granted, PDL pretty much mocked my argument when I cited that battle, but still...). Yes, it's true that Starmie was explicitly low on health, but it's also true that it was still close enough to the water's edge that it merely needed to hop back in and regenerate, though it might need a bit more effort to pull it off. And I mostly had to mention that stuff repeatedly in case someone DID try to accuse me of being biased towards Misty due to past experiences on Serebii, Pokecommunity, and BMGf where they did repeatedly do that.
