Pryce's Piloswine: Difference between revisions

Piloswine is considered to be part of Pryce's family as seen in various flashbacks during its debut episode. This was especially shown when during a battle with a Magmar, Pryce put his own body in harms way to protect his Pokémon from taking a hit from a Fire Blast. However, Pryce's opinion about Piloswine changed after it left and didn't come back. Pryce's bitter feelings towards being abandoned by his beloved Pokémon lasted for years, until he and Ash found Piloswine frozen in a cave with some herbs meant to heal his then injured Trainer's burns. This showed Piloswine's own caring natural towards Pryce. With both Trainer and Pokémon's relationship repaired, Pryce was once again shown to be very protective of Piloswine when he willingly forfeited his Gym match against Ash after the Swine Pokémon started to get exhausted from the battle.

In battle Piloswine was shown to be quite the powerhouse of Pryce's team. In Ash's Gym battle against the Ice-type [[Gym Leader]], Piloswine was shown to be able to withstand many attacks, while using Rest to recover from any damage it did take. It was also able to overpower it's opponents with moves such as Blizzard and Take Down.
