:It's only noted on Metagross's page because it's only true for Metagross, it's not some Light Metal glitch or anything. What is true about this statement is that Light Metal doesn't affect the base power of the opponent's Low Kick/Grass Knot. | |||
What isn't true is that Metagross takes the same amount of damage from Low Kick and Grass Knot. Low Kick deals normal damage while Grass Knot is not very effective. | |||
So, the statement above should be adjusted to say something like "Due to the way damage is calculated for Grass Knot and Low Kick, the base power for those moves used against Metagross is the same with or without its Hidden Ability, Light Metal." | |||
