:Yes, it should be absolutely be discussed. Is there any official source outside of this game code that explicitly refers to Eternal Flower Floette as a Legendary Pokémon? It may be coded to function as Legendary for whatever reason, but that doesn't inherently mean it is one. There are no cases of a non-Legendary Pokémon being considered a Legendary in an alternate form. | |||
