This card was one of seven {{TCG|S-P Promotional cards}} available in {{TCGMerch|Sword & Shield|Era|Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Pack 8}}, which was distributed at Pokémon Card Gym venues able to do so between November 6, 2021 and January 13, 2022. This card also features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.

*This card is one of numerous cards to feature an illustration that is part of a narrative. Following on from the scene on the {{TCG ID|S-P Promo|Eevee|239}} card, the {{p|Eevee}} appears to have [[evolution|evolved]] into a {{p|Sylveon}} and is contently sitting on its bed, holding onto its ball with its feelers.

*Based on the release schedules of previous Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Packs, it is likely this card would have been available alongside the {{TCG|Fusion Arts}} expansion on September 24, 2021. However, due to the delay of Promo Card Packs 5, 6, and 7 amid [[COVID-19 pandemic|COVID-19]] restrictions, Promo Card Pack 8 did not become available until November. As a result, this card was officially released first in {{pmin|Greater China|Taiwan and Hong Kong}} as a Chinese-language {{CTCG|S-P Promos|S-P Promotional card}} in early October 2021.
