The '''Training Grounds''' (Japanese: '''{{tt|訓練場|くんれんじょう}}''' ''Training Grounds'') is a location in [[Jubilife Village]] in the [[Hisui]] region. It is used by the [[Galaxy Team|Galaxy Expedition Team]] as a place to strengthen their Pokémon. The [[Diamond Clan|Diamond]] and [[Pearl Clan|Pearl]] Clans would later trained there after both [[Adaman]] and [[Irida]] decided to train there, after facing the respective Almighty Sinnoh in battle.

Ress can be battled at the Training Grounds after completing Request 104: Battling the Security Corps’ Secret Weapon. All Pokémon have effort level 8 in Attack and Sp. Attack, and 10 in other stats.
