A character [[Anime character recycling|strongly resembling Bogie]] later appeared in ''[[M10|The Rise of Darkrai]]''. He set up shop in [[Alamos Town]] and began selling [[Lunar Feather|Lunar Wings]]. {{an|Dawn}} visited him and bought one, after he explained the item could ward off bad dreams. This character, however, is only referred to as "old shopkeeper" ({{tt|売店|ばいてん}}のおじさん) in the Japanese credits and "older man" in the English closed captions. He has different voice actors to Bogie in both the English and Japanese versions.
