Katsuki confronted [[Chloe]], believing her to be Haruhi as they looked alike and Chloe was wearing Haruhi's clothes and kidnapped her and left her tied up in a tree. Just as Haruhi was about to become Mistress of Eclipse Castle, Katsuki interrupted the ceremony having realized he'd captured Chloe by mistake. Katsuki sent out his Pokémon to battle Haruhi and Chloe, only to be defeated.
+He is a descendant of [[Hisashi and Tsukiya|Tsukiya]], the younger brother of Hisashi, the first lord of [[Eclipse Castle]]. Tsukiya had tried to dethrone his own brother, but failed to do so, after which his descendants, including Katsuki, would carry the shame of the failed coup with them. Because of this, Katsuki tried to avenge his ancestor and tried to dethrone [[Haruhi]], a descendant of Hisashi who was slated to become the new lord of Eclipse Castle.
