+I've updated the OR/AS table as per the discussion above, but have run into some problems on the ORAS table -- namely, the entry for {{p|Raikou}}. Do you have any suggestions for representing xx:00 to xx:19? Right now I put "from the 0th minute to the 19th minute of the hour", but I'm convinced it needs some work.
+Also, what do we put on the locations for the dimensional rifts/storm clouds encountered when [[soaring in the sky]]? Again, I'm slightly confused on what to put there, so I need your help.
