The Sun & Moon print of Potion had five variants within the {{TCG|Battle Academy}} deck kit. The cards within the three decks (Charizard, Pikachu, and Mewtwo) had a silhouette of the Pokémon in the bottom right of the card, with the Charizard and Pikachu Deck cards also having numbers so they could be ordered for a practice duel. One copy was part of the Mewtwo Deck, while the other two decks had two copies each. The numbers on the Charizard Deck copies are 14 and 37 and the numbers on the Pikachu Deck copies are 20 and 40.
