In ''[[AG077|A Fan with a Plan]]'', [[Drew]] owns a Masquerain. It was {{pkmn|training}} with its {{pkmn|Trainer}} for the upcoming [[Rubello Town]] {{pkmn|Contest}}, which was held in [[AG078|the following episode]]. It has since made further appearances in ''[[Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire]]''.

In ''[[M07|Destiny Deoxys]]'', a Masquerain is [[Audrey and Kathryn|Audrey]]'s main Pokémon. It helped the group rotate the fan blades of the windmills in [[LaRousse City]].

In ''[[AG110|The Great Eight Fate!]]'', a Masquerain was part of [[Juan]]'s [[Sootopolis City]] Water Exhibit. It and Juan's other Pokémon were captured by {{TRT}}, but they all worked together to escape. It reappeared in a flashback in [[AG111|the next episode]].

In ''[[SM071|Dewpider Ascending!]]'', a Masquerain was living near the [[Pokémon School]] as a Surskit. Surskit evolved during a battle against a {{p|Dewpider}} over its territory. In ''[[M16|Genesect and the Legend Awakened]]'', multiple Masquerain were living at [[Pokémon Hills]].

In ''[[XY077|A Relay in the Sky!]]'', a Trainer's Masquerain competed in the [[Pokémon Sky Relay]]. It was in a team also consisting of {{p|Hydreigon}} and {{p|Butterfree}}.

A Masquerain appeared in a flashback in ''[[XY108|A Watershed Moment!]]''.

In ''[[M19|Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel]]'', a Masquerain was living at [[Nebel Plateau]].

In ''[[SM129|Battle Royal 151!]]'', a Trainer's Masquerain competed in the [[Battle Royal]] preliminary round of the [[Manalo Conference]] but ended up losing.
